Backend Engineer & Infrastructure Specialist

I build production-grade backend systems and the infrastructure behind them — Laravel applications, APIs, automation, hardened Linux servers, Proxmox virtualization, and Cloudflare edge protection.

My focus is clean architecture, predictable deployments, and security-aware delivery — so the system stays stable, maintainable, and easy to operate.

At a glance

  • PHP (5 → latest), Laravel, Livewire
  • API design (REST) + third-party integrations
  • Linux/Windows administration, hardening, and automation
  • Proxmox virtualization + backup/restore workflows
  • Cloudflare rules, WAF tuning, and edge protection

I work best with clear requirements, transparent communication, and a delivery plan you can trust.

About Me

I’m a hands-on engineer who enjoys building systems that are stable, secure, and easy to run. I care about practical solutions, clean architecture, and measurable improvements.

My work spans backend engineering, infrastructure, and security. I build API-driven products and admin panels, set up hardened Linux servers, and integrate Cloudflare protection and operational tooling.

I’m available for selected projects where I can contribute end-to-end: from backend design and implementation to deployment, observability, and infrastructure hardening.

Work with me

I work well in structured environments: clear scope, documented decisions, and an emphasis on security and reliability. I can deliver independently or collaborate within an existing team and workflow.

What I optimize for

  • Security: secure defaults, access control, and hardened deployments.
  • Maintainability: clear boundaries, readable code, and consistent conventions.
  • Operations: predictable deployments, backups, and practical monitoring.
  • Performance: sensible caching and targeted tuning when it matters.

Typical engagements

  • Laravel application build, refactor, or rescue
  • API integrations between products, services, and admin panels
  • Server setup, hardening, and automation (Linux/Proxmox)
  • Cloudflare protection, WAF tuning, and edge rule design

FAQ

Quick answers to the most common questions.

What kind of work do you do?

Backend engineering and infrastructure: Laravel apps, admin panels, APIs and integrations, Linux hardening, Proxmox virtualization, and Cloudflare edge protection.

Can you help with an existing system?

Yes. I can audit, stabilize, refactor, and extend existing codebases, improve performance, close security gaps, and make deployments more predictable and safer.

Do you work independently or with teams?

Both. I can deliver end-to-end on my own, or integrate into your team with code review, tickets, and documented workflows.

How do you start a project?

I begin with a short scope and risk review, then propose a delivery plan with milestones. For existing systems, I usually start with an audit and quick wins before deeper refactors.

What do you need from me to move fast?

Clear goals, access to the current system (or requirements for a new build), and a decision maker for quick feedback. I’ll handle the technical plan and keep it transparent.

How do you communicate and collaborate?

Clear written requirements, short check-ins when needed, and Git-based workflows. I document decisions so the project remains maintainable and easy to operate.
